Nothing you send through this form is encrypted in a way that makes it safe to transmit that material, and no member of our team will ever ask you for it. If a message arrives that contains those things, we delete it and cannot reply to it.
What we read and how we reply
Our team reads and replies in English. If you write to us in English, your message will be understood and answered. Messages in other languages may not get a response, so please write in English to be sure.
We answer every legitimate message, but we do not promise a fixed turnaround. Some queries take longer than others, and we will get back to you as soon as we reasonably can. If your matter is urgent, this form is still not the fastest route — see below for where urgent help actually lives.

If gambling is causing you distress, debt or harm, do not message us. Contact a dedicated gambling-help service instead — those organisations exist for exactly this purpose and have staff who are trained to support you. They can talk you through self-exclusion, spending limits and other practical steps, and they will keep what you tell them confidential.

We are not equipped to help you in that way, and a message to us will only delay you getting the help you need. Please go straight to a recognised help organisation in New Zealand.
